Lazarus Project
1095.

Three years. 1,095 days. From the ground up. A long-arc commitment to helping veterans, people in recovery, and those experiencing homelessness rebuild their lives.

Lazarus Project 1095 mission

WHY 1095 DAYS

Real rebuilding takes real time.

Most programs run thirty days. Some go ninety. A few stretch to a year. Almost none of them go far enough.

I came out of those rooms. I know exactly how long it takes to go from broken to functional, and from functional to actually built. It's longer than thirty days. Longer than ninety. Longer than a single year.

Three years is the real timeline. 1,095 days is what it takes to not just survive the climb, but to rebuild every load-bearing part of a life from the ground up — physical health, mental health, relationships, work, identity, infrastructure.

Lazarus Project 1095 is the long-arc commitment most people in this fight have never been offered. Three years of structure, support, accountability, and connection. Not a thirty-day intervention. A real rebuild.

If 90/90 proves you can hold the line, 1095 rebuilds the whole life around it.

WHO IT SERVES

Three communities. One climb.

COMMUNITY 01

VETERANS

Service members rebuilding civilian lives. The structure ended, the mission ended, and a lot of guys never figured out the next chapter. Lazarus is built for them.

COMMUNITY 02

RECOVERY

People navigating sobriety from addiction. The first ninety days are loud. Years two and three are quiet, isolated, and full of relapse risk. This is the support layer the recovery system mostly ignores.

COMMUNITY 03

HOMELESS

People experiencing housing instability. Often overlapping heavily with the first two communities. The fastest way out is structure, infrastructure, and a long enough runway to actually rebuild.

These three populations overlap more than the system acknowledges. Lazarus is built around that reality — not around the silos that fail them.

THE PROGRAM

What 1,095 days looks like.

The full structure of Lazarus Project 1095 is being engineered now. The principles are clear, even if the operational details are still being built:

It's long. Three years means three years — not three years on paper that quietly ends after six months. Real continuity, real follow-through, real check-ins from year one through year three.

It's whole-person. Physical training, nutrition, mental health, sobriety support, financial literacy, housing infrastructure, and career rebuilding — all integrated. Most programs hand someone a referral and call it a service. We won't.

It's free to participants. Donor and grant funded. The people Lazarus serves cannot be the ones paying for it. That's the whole point.

It's built on what works. Everything inside Lazarus — the training methodology, the discipline frameworks, the community structures — is pulled from systems that have already worked at IGNIT3 and 90/90. We're not experimenting on vulnerable people. We're applying proven systems to the populations who need them most.

More structural details will be published as the launch date approaches.

TIMING

Why not yet.

Lazarus Project 1095 officially launches in 2027. Why the wait? Because doing this right matters more than doing it fast.

Setting up a 501(c)(3) properly — legal structure, board, financial systems, IRS filings, transparent operations — takes time. So does building the operational base inside IGNIT3 to support a three-year program at scale without compromising paying clients.

I'd rather build it right than launch it loud.

If you want to be notified when Lazarus opens its doors, get on the list below. You'll be the first to know when applications open, when donations are accepted, and when the work begins.

"I came out of those rooms. The work demands I go back in."
